The Full Council meets monthly to set policy, agree the budget, scrutinise spending, and decide on matters affecting Laleston, Broadlands, Cefn Glas and Bryntirion. All meetings are open to the public.

Attending a meeting

Full Council meets on the third Thursday of every month except August (recess) and December (mid-month). Meeting dates for 2026 will be confirmed at the May Annual Meeting.

Meetings are open to the public. To attend, simply turn up at the venue 5 minutes before the start time.

If you’d like to speak about a specific item, contact the Clerk at least three working days in advance — Council reserves a public participation slot of up to 15 minutes at the start of each meeting.
