When the Council recruits, vacancies are typically advertised here, on the Council’s Facebook page, and via Bridgend County Borough Council’s job board where appropriate. Closing dates and application instructions are included in each posting.

The Council does not generally accept speculative applications. If you’re interested in council work and want to be notified of future openings, email the Clerk with your area of interest.
