Reason for Restriction: Insufficient width of carriageway to maintain vehicular access during renewal of manhole frame and cover in carriageway. Temporary Diversion Route: Heol Blandy. B4622 and reverse in opposite direction. Period of Closure:? From 09.00 on 23/07/2017 until 12.00 on 23/07/2017 or until such time as the works are completed
