NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of LALESTON COMMUNITY COUNCIL will be held remotely in accordance with the provisions of the Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Meetings)(Wales) Regulations 2020, on Thursday 18 November 2021 at 7.00pm. The agenda for the meeting is set out below:
1. Council to undertake a period of silent reflection.
2. Apologies for absence – To receive apologies for absence from Members.
3. Representation from members of the public. to consider suspension of meeting to receive representations from local residents 15 minutes maximum).
4. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest from Members/Officers in accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct.
5. Approval of Minutes.
• The Minutes of previous meeting held in September 2021 are not available and will be provided at a later meeting.
• To Approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 21 October 2021 if available.
6. Finance update: Cllr Tom Green to give an up date of Councils financial position and other issues including the Scribe software.
7. To receive Grant application: Broadlands Football Club (see attached copy email)
8. To receive a request for funding Christmas Lights
9. To discuss the Food Pantry (copies of documents attached)
10. To note a list of actions since the last meeting.
11. To receive a report from the Community Development Officer with request for funding. (Report attached)
12. To receive quotations, if any.
13.To receive updates regarding Bryntirion Community Centre.
14.To receive updates regarding Blandy Hall.
15. To receive updates regarding Laleston Allotments.
16. To receive Personnel Issues, if any.
17. To receive Correspondence.
18. Request to change the date of the December meeting.
19. To consider Planning Applications.
