NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of LALESTON COMMUNITY COUNCIL will be held at Blandy Hall on Thursday 20th November 2025 at 7.00pm. The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

This is a public meeting and members of the public and press are welcome to attend to observe proceedings. An invitation and documents referenced on the agenda may be obtained from the Clerk prior to the meeting using the contact details below.

1. Council to undertake a period of silent reflection.

2. Apologies for absence.

To receive apologies for absence from Members.

3. Representation from members of the public.

To consider suspension of meeting to receive representations from local residents (15 minutes maximum).

4. Declarations of Interest.

To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest from Members/Officers in accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct.

5. Approval of Minutes.

To receive Minutes of previous meeting held on 23rd October2025 and consider matters arising from the Minutes but not included in the agenda.

6. To receive quotations, if any.

7. Bryntirion Fields – To consider expression of interest received to work in collaboration with Broadlands AFC.

8. Proposal from office manager to consider conversion of existing children’s toilet in small hall to a ladies toilet.

9. One Voice Wales – Webinar training for councilors

10. Consider condition of concrete outside Blandy Hall

11. Consider vacancy on Cefn Glas Infants Governing Body

12. Consider outcome of the Town and Community Council Boundary review

13. To consider the condition of Laleston Muga ahead of budget setting for 2026/27

14. To agree a budget for Armistice Day 2026

15. To agree a way forward following conclusion of consultation process of Laleston Well

16. Installation of notice board on wall outside Blandy Hall.

17. Flyposting on community council bus shelters.

18. To consider repairing bus shelters on Broadlands.

19. Investigation of re-opening pathways in Craig y Parcau Local nature Reserve. (Minute 13.19.1714). To confirm wording of resolution.

20. To receive any recommendations and or comments from Committees – a) Finance Committee b) HR & Personnel Committee c) Biodiversity & Allotment Committee.

21. To receive the draft minutes of any Committee meetings held since the last meeting of Council and note any delegated decisions made – a) Finance Committee b) HR & Personnel Committee c) Biodiversity & Allotment Committee).

22. To receive correspondence, if any.

23. To consider Planning Applications.
