NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary meeting of the FINANCE & FACILITIES COMMITTEE will be held at REMOTELY on Wednesday 10th December at 7pm. The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted.
3. To discuss inclusion of new tarmac footpath between Heol Blandy & Clos Y Golomen in Broadlands within the 2026/27 Precept.
4. To discuss and agree the uplift in Bryntirion Masterplan reserve for 2026/27.
5. To discuss request to open Bryntirion Community Centreduring Christmas shutdown.
6. To discuss opening and closing of carpark during Christmas shutdown.
7. To agree quotations received for allotment roof.
8. To discuss Broadlands Wildflower meadow report.
9. To review and agree Precept recommendation to full council for 2026/27
