NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary meeting of the BIODIVERSITY & ALLOTMENT COMMITTEE will be held at Blandy Hall on Wednesday 5 June 2024 at 6.30pm. The agenda for the meeting is set out below:
This is a public meeting and members of the public and press are welcome to attend to observe proceedings.
- To receive apologies for absence
- Representation from members of the public To consider suspension of meeting to receive representations from local residents (15 minutes maximum).
- To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted To receive declarations of personal and prejudicial interest from Members/Officers in accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct.
- Approval of Minutes To receive Minutes of previous meetings held on 12 October 2023 and consider matters arising from the Minutes but not included in the agenda.
- To agree terms and process for plot inspections.
- To discuss assistance with maintenance of Plot 30.
- To discuss damage to Plot 2 by trespassing bull and subsequent action to recover costs.
- To discuss correspondence received regarding Plot 29 and agree on an appropriate resolution.
- To review the Committee’s Meeting dates and consider any matters relevant to the Committee for discussion at the next meeting.
