NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the FINANCE COMMITTEE will be held at REMOTELY on Tuesday 9 May 2023 at 7.00pm.  The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

This is a public meeting and members of the public and press are welcome to attend to observe proceedings.  An invitation and documents referenced on the agenda may be obtained from the Clerk prior to the meeting using the contact details below.

1. To receive apologies for absence.

2.    Representation from members of the public.

3.    To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted.

4.    Approval of minutes.    

5.    To discuss updating the Council’s bank mandate and confirm signatories.

6.    Finance update

  • To note bank reconciliation summary for December 2022 – March 2023;
  • To approve a list of payments made during December 2022 – March 2023 – voucher numbers 298 – 417;
  • To approve a list of receipts received during December – March 2023 – voucher numbers 133 – 213;
  • To approve salary payments made in January 2023 – March 2023.

7.    Confirm arrangements for insurance cover in respect of all insurable risks.

8.    Review the councils and/or staff subscriptions to other bodies.
