NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the FINANCE COMMITTEE will be held REMOTELY on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at 6.30pm.  The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

1 To receive apologies for absence.

2 Representation from members of the public.

3 To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted.

4 Approval of minutes from 9 May 2023.          

5 Finance update

• To note bank reconciliation summary for April and May 2023;
• To approve a list of payments made during April and May 2023 – voucher numbers 1 – 93;
• To approve a list of receipts received during April and May 2023 – voucher numbers 1 – 42;
• To approve salary payments made in April and May 2023.

6 To consider any grant/ funding applications received.

7 To review the Committee’s Meeting dates and consider any matters relevant to the Committee for discussion at the next meeting.
