NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the FINANCE COMMITTEE will be held at Remotely on Tuesday 26 March 2024 at 6.30pm.  The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

This is a public meeting and members of the public and press are welcome to attend to observe proceedings. 

1. To receive apologies for absence.

2.   Representation from members of the public.

3.    To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted.

4.    Approval of minutes from 23 January 2024.

5.    Finance update

•  To note bank reconciliation summary for February 2024;
  •  To approve a list of payments made during February 2024;
  •  To approve a list of receipts received during February 2024;
  •  To view summary of spend to date.
  •  To consider feedback on queries / concerns raised at previous Finance Committee meeting. (to follow)

6.    To consider any grant/ funding applications received.

7.    To receive any recommendations from other Committees or Council.

8.    To review the Committee’s Meeting dates and consider any matters relevant to the Committee for discussion at the next meeting.
