NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the FINANCE COMMITTEE will be held REMOTELY on Tuesday 25 June 2024 at 7.00pm.  The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

This is a public meeting and members of the public and press are welcome to attend to observe proceedings. 

1. To receive apologies for absence.

2.   Representation from members of the public.

3.    To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted.

4.    Approval of minutes from 28 May 2024.

5.      Finance update

5.1 To note bank reconciliation summary as at 1 June 2024.

5.2 To approve a list of payments made during May 2024.

5.3To approve a list of receipts received during May 2024.

5.4 To approve salary payments made in May 2024.

5.5 To note a unredacted salary list for May 2024.

5.6 To receive a summary of spend to date for 2024/2025.

5.7 To receive feedback on queries raised at previous Finance Committee meeting, if any.

5.8 To receive and note a running spend for Broadlands Funday.

6.    To review a) insurance cover in respect of all insurable risks and b) the councils and/or staff subscriptions to other bodies.

7.    To consider any grant/ funding applications received.

8.    To receive any recommendations from other Committees or Council.

9.    To review the Committee’s Meeting dates and consider any matters relevant to the Committee for discussion at the next meeting.
