NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the FINANCE COMMITTEE will be held at Remotely on Tuesday 23 January 2024 at 6.30pm.  The agenda for the meeting is set out below:

This is a public meeting and members of the public and press are welcome to attend to observe proceedings. 

1. To receive apologies for absence.

2.   Representation from members of the public.

3.    To receive Declarations of Interest (if any) of Members in respect of the business to be transacted.

4.    Approval of minutes from 12 December 2023.

5.    Finance update

• To note bank reconciliation summary for December 2023;
• To approve a list of payments made during December 2023;
• To approve a list of receipts received during December 2023;
• To approve salary payments made in December 2023.

6.    To review Councils Grant and Donation Policy.

7.    To consider any grant/ funding applications received.

8.    To receive any recommendations from other Committees or Council.

9.    To review the Committee’s Meeting dates and consider any matters relevant to the Committee for discussion at the next meeting.
